The PGA Tour released the 2013 FedExCup schedule this week with a few notable changes. The season will feature 36 tournaments in the regular season. The Tour officially ends in September, with the Tour Championship set for Sept. 16-22.

One highlight is the Valero Texas Open, April 1-7, which will be played the week before the Masters Tournament slated for April 8-14.

In addition, the Web.com Tour will essentially be the route for new members to get PGA Tour cards.
