Not too many surprises here, maybe Jim Furyk but everyone else I think the golfing world knew were going to get picked.  Jim was probably the only wild card in the sense that he has not been playing great in the last two weeks.  Despite what DL3 told us in his interviews that the last two weeks didn’t weight heavily with his decision for his four picks.  Even though DJ and Brandt have had a great last three weeks of the season (all top 10’s) and Steve has been super consistent.  Jim has had a rough patch, but has had a really good year, and could have had a great year if a few putts or shots had turned out differently.

No matter if you are happy with the picks or not…this is one heck of a US Team.  I am stoked to have these 12 guys represent the country and do so in Chicago.  This is going to be a great Ryder Cup, and I am willing to bet most of the farm on the fact that the US will come home with this years Ryder Cup.
